Existing fibre cement units requiring a full refurbishment.

We installed all new GRP skylights, renewed all roof fixings, installed TOR Elastaseal to all of the gutters and sealed all roof flashings. 

The project aim was to leave the units wind and watertight providing the client with a 10 Year guarantee on completion.
